damn sad and happy at the same time.
First thing first happy. happy because i got my sport band and its quite accurate. at first i thought there was a problem, cause i read 1.61 after running 2.3km. so i decided to run again, it read 1.07 for 1.6km. i thought it was a problem at first but i forget to change the settings from miles to km. but quite cool la. the only problem that its not that waterproof but it cant be helped. i sweat a lot. so i will clean it after my run.

for another happy part.i got gold for my napfa. the sad thing is because i didnt get my perfect 30 out of 30. because of 2sec in my 2.4km, i could have got my perfect score. at first i underestimated the timing for my 2.4km. i thought i could have gotten 10mins or less. and i didnt have a watch so i couldn't see the time. when i saw the time,it was too late. 2 laps to go and already 7mins gone. it was a gonna. plus the rain, crowd and idiots who blocked my way, i could've done better but than it was only 2 sec i cant help it but it's fustrating. if it was 20 sec, i didnt mind but just 2 sec. well i hope they can help me round down my timing beacause not getting the perfect 30 its like shit. well hopefully when they key in the results hope they will close one eye. fingers crossed.

Today last day of the week. stupid teacher pang seh us, call her say she got inform us today no lesson. i think she inform other class. stupid teacher because of her i sleep 4 hrs nia. than have to wait 9 more hours before taking the stupid napfa test. wait at the door like a stupid person.

3 more hours before napfa hope can get gold and hope no rain lol. bloody hell if rain, i seriously will fed up. wait 9 hours before going home is plain stupid. so what i do for the 9 hours, play games from mofunzone and also watch my classmates do their time wasting fyp. heng i no more fyp. looks like their fyp damn hard la i dont understand at all. hehe :p

later gonna eat something before running later no energy die liao lol. sian thing is i cannot use my sportband which my mom bought yesterday. damn happy la she got the sportband for me. but cannot use yet. dont have the clip for the sensor so that i can place it on my shoe. but i think it looks good la. good investment lol. serve as a watch and also can read distance time and pace.

its tuesday 3 more days before my napfa i am damn excited but nervous at the same time. i've already set goals or target for my self. for me min must get 25 points weakness is sit up sit and reach and probably 2.4km. well yesterday went running with my classmates so today i dont intend to go jog. i must rest my legs before the actual day. i plan to go jogging tomorrow maybe 7km or so but i will rest on thursday before my big day. for 5 points, sit up must above 40(should be can la must endure lol), standing broadjump 242cm(easy peasy), shuttle run 10.2s below (should be can) pull up 11 or more(hope my arm dont ache lol), sit and reach at least 40cm(this one must stretch like theres no tomorrow) and lastly 2.4km 10:20 and below (aiming below 10mins).

Well after napfa my next target will be enduring 21km. i dont have much time to train so hopefully on the marathon day i can make it for the 21km. i've got test and reports to do. especially next week, i have three test how to cope. the following week will be more test followed but study week which i will intend to study and jog at the same time. left 4 weeks before the marathon i am damn scared la. but hope for the best. i also scared my test lol all like just pass one but heng heng i pass the most difficult one lol just study and hope for the best.

Tomorrow no school for me because no practical, no gems and no FYP. aint that great or what lol. but i intend to go swimming with my friend and i will try to finish some of the reports due this week. damn i really hate reports they are irritating and annoying. just cant wait to graduate

For my training i have been jogging the 11km track.
This is the route i jog for my 11km but the actual distance is 10.98km which i measured from the above website.
for the 11km i start from my house traffic light located downstairs, go across the bridge, turn right, follow the canal all the way to the end. across another bridge, turn right to the jogging track, follow the track all the way to the end(Point A), turn left follow the path which leads to the gruelling up hill and it it will lead back to Point A, than turn back into the canal and follow the path back to the start point.

For 21km, the path is roughly the same but you have to complete the path Point A to Point A twice and go for the 3.6km twice and back to the start point.

todays tuesday, got 2 reports and 1 assignment to complete by this week. damn sian lol. just now went jogging but rain stopped me, but nevermind tomorrow gonna run more. marathon coming soon. 24 august like 39 days left before the run. cant wait lol. my napfa next friday i also cant wait too.

today kinda boring day lol go school dont know listen to what, i guess i rather sleep at home but got attendence so must at least go take lol. so many boring lessons dont know how i can tahan for 3.5 years lol guess i gonna start revision soon. i dont wan to so last minute study liao. but not so soon lol maybe after napfa.

i going to go with my fren to the army half marathon but theres another event after the half marathon. its the week after the half marathon. cost about $27 to participate but i think i will just go for fun lol if my class mates were to go anyway i will have not much things to do. i gonna train for army after my sem finishes. i am planning to train in the morning as well as afternoon but i shall do it slowly. damn i just cant wait

Because of my knocked out com, i have been do many things and also not doing any things. i have been jogging regualarly something that i cannot achieve if i play games. i also get to watch tv more. didnt know discovery channel and national geographic were so interesting lol. man i am gong to ask my parents to subscribe to sports channel so i can watch soccer lol. my frens all going in or have already gone in left me idling around. so i got lots of time to enjoy excercise and slack. haha no more fyp no more poly no more waking up early. best of all no more reports and exam. just cant wait to start training and have fun.

maybe i shall join my frens go jogging join some marathons so that i got motivation to train. haha when my com is fixed i sure also update my music which i have been trying to for the past months. i have over 1000 songs in my hard drive but i have placed them in the correct catergories and some of the songs have wierld name. i shall update the song title, put some on youtube and enjoy the wonderful bass that techno produced. i got may songs which i think i should put it on youtube but since i got no com.

My interest now: Jogging, training for marathons, reading blogs, slacking and listening to music.
My wish list: nike+ sport band and a girl friend :p lol

Hi there, my name is arnold. i am a 20 year old nerd who prefers to excercise than study. well i recently realise that i am competitive. well i love competition with others especially with my friends. but i cant always be the best but i can always compete. recently i visited some of commando blog from singapore. boy were they tough. 3"30s/km was their average. thats like about 8 or 9 mins for 2.4km. wow "surprisingly" surprised lol. the way they train its like crazy people. well i have 11 days before my napfa i wan to train my sit up and pull up before going for the test. hopefully i can get 5points for all my station except sit and reach. thats my most difficult station lol. well i should be able to get my 5 points for standing broad jump and shuttle run easily but most likely i will try to get my 5 points for sit up, pull up and 2.4km run. i think pull up should be all right but i am afraid of my sit up. cause i very long never sit up. but hopefully i can lol. last of all is my 2.4km. my target is below 10mins hopefully can get 9 mins 30s. hope on that day my stomach no problem, hope no one block me and the weather perfect. i've been training for the half marathon clocking 1:03 and 1:05hr for 11km. hope i am not too slow. since i've been training for the marathon i didnt really bother about the speed for 2.4km but for my training,on alternative days i will go for speed training and the other alternative day will be for stamina training.

just so little time to train, cause got all this reports and test coming up. really cant wait to pass all my modules and graduate from the time wasting place. why i say time wasting because more than half of the time you will go there and waste ur time by sleeping or playing. but luckily got friends if not will die of boredom. i am counting down the days left lol hope the last day was yesterday.

my next thing on my list to buy is the nike+ sport band. this is a device that tracks the speed, distance, calories and time taken to travel the distance. there will be a sensor you can place it on ur shoe. this will trasmit a signal to the sport band where it will calculate the distance and calories. the distance will be based on the number of steps. it has to be calibrated if not it will not be accurate. calories is based on the height of the person weight and number of steps taken.it caused 89.90 after discount, i am trying to see got any more discount for the great singapore sale. that day i went to vivo wanted to buy it. heng dont have cause the forum posted the discount for the sportband.now i saved 10 dollars more lol. but i want to see got any more discount. typical singaporean lol. however i also been looking for HRM heart rate meter. but it comes in a watch and its now cheap though. cheapest400dollar can die lol. hope to save more money when i go into army, got free shoe, shirt shorts to run and also got allowance. lol people dont like army but i think i will like it there.

Nowadays, people becoming too health consius liao. there are 2 type. first type is scared too fat, second one is scared excercise too straining than die. simple excercise cannot perform where got healthy. parents also some times too much, cannot run dont run lol find excuse tell officer than you can rest. wah this type of comment also can give. army got 2 people die wah the whole singapore also know. knn the chances of people dying of lung cancer more than 10000% times more than people dying in army. those that die in the army suay la what to do surely got people die one ma. nowadays young singaporeans so pampered, wan eat fast food can eat fast food, last time where got fast food one. last time when you complained tired, the officers f***ed care you lol. nowadays the officer bo pian have to give way. last time got people die, singaporeans also dont care. nowadays people die in army, newspaper put big big on the cover page. wah if i die in army at least i try to serve my best in it before dying. if singapore will to go war, i think the singaporean parents will ask the government for exemption of the son going to war. i confirm you one lol.

i am a racist to be hornest. i am a chinese but i hate chinese lol. most chinese people are given the priviledge of siting at home playing computer games (like me) and not doing anything. chinese obesity increasing liao singapore chinese not as fit as last time. i admire malays and indians why cause they got time can play soccer and do some simple sports. if you were to go to the park, you will see mostly uncles and aunties in their 40s, 50s trying to run. wah you see 20s all at home sleeping. where the healthy lifestyle and gracoius living gone too. down the drain. fancy cars and going to the pubs are not the way to excercise.

Sian my stupid com "crashed" again. last night,it was perfectly find except without the sound. but now it cannot be turned on. i wanted to insert the new songs which i bought last week into my phone but... superly sianz. cannot do work like that lol, even the simplest of all work, i still need to rely on my sis com who is out until at night. how pathetic without a com. well if the com was working fine, than it will be play time for me. well maybe i can endure months without playing or maybe not playing at all. haha we sure see hows my endurance.
so without my com, what do i do. jog lol nothing to do mah. today i am going to jog with my class mates after school. i will go try all the napfa stations see where my training is at. but they also wan to go gym, well i hate to go gym, for the chao ah gua lol. got air con pampered for the sissys how to go ns like that. i think i will continue running lol.
well i will resume training for my marathon which i feel is the most important among the 3 physical activity. i am involved in napfa(sure pass), poly 50 and army half marathon. well my target for the 21km marathon is below 2 hours. i reduced the timing cause i feel that 2.5 hours like damn slow. hopefully i can reach my target.
Yao ming said that if you try, that dosn't garantee success but u give up, that garantees failure. i believe him lol. i will try my best for the marathon. well the training schedule and my school timing will be clashed so when my com was down i felt that it had to be down for a reason. heres my reason, to put in the most effort in my studies and my training.
i just added 3 more techno cds to my arsernal lol. got some nice songs lol. got remixes of apologise, westlife song and most of them i never hear before so it's bloody good lol. i spend 55 dollars on all 3 cds. this money could have been spend on a computer game which i felt was worthless since my com was down. lucky got government funding, it not i cannot spend on my cds. my next target is to get a jogging shirt. singlet like, can absorb sweat and should be light. that day when i went shopping with my friend i saw what i like but to my dismay, wrong size. ka na sai one lol why they dont have L or XL. they dont know got tall people like me in singapore who likes to excercise meh. at most think lol, maybe got some fat people oversized one wan to run than how? where M size meh. either they never think about the rest or they just hack care damn fairdap lol. but i think i can find my just that it is very hard lol. that time i got mine at bukit batok west mall left one more shirt my size one lol. but aiya hope to find it soon cause i am running out of shirts left since i run almost everyday.
that day my friends and i got a taste of my jogging route. 11 km of grueling ups and down hill defintely tired after the run. we took 1 hour 5 mins to complete the gruesome 11km. but we did it, but i need to run a few more times to improve my time. i think i can endure the army 21km marathon but i always like to make it easy. i will try the 21km later this month if i have the time. i have to also practice on my napfa, i will be going with my classmates hopefully and hope to get my much awaited gold lol. oh ya i never mentioned this in my blog. if i were to become an officer in ns, i will definitely sign on. if not my aim is to become a physical education teacher. seriously no joke thats my ambition. not bad for a nerd lol

54 more days before half marathon. hopefully my training is on course. now improving my stamina and strength. quite sad la must study must train for marathon and napfa lol. hopefully i can get my target of 28 points. my sit and reach la totally cannot make it lol. i just wan to get 3 points to get my gold. 2.4km run confirm can, is only how long. i think i can reach 10 mins. standing broad jump i no need to bother, sit up i got to train abit and pull up i just need 2 or 3 more pulls. i am too fast for shutter run lol 9.3sec should be more than enough. i not scared of napfa only the stupid marathon. the marathon in between my exam week hopefully the next day not exam if not die liao. my target is to go below 2.5hrs. but now i will focus on napfa. well only me going to napfa damn sian la so i must try to go with my friend but damn sian dont know when to book my napfa test maybe mid july lol. aiya life damn sian la hope september will be faster

Now 7km is my maximum distance i can endure in a constant speed hope to increase to 10km by next week but quite tough la. my house there good to run, theres many routes near my house, got 4km,5km,7km,10km or 11.5km route well the 11.5km route reserve for the marathon training. but the route can be quite dark at night so the best time is around 5pm latest 6.30pm there also got fong jing. got beatiful scenery can look at people play soccer, and people fishing.
