today went to ate sakae sushi for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1 day eat 1 meal. lol quite full. ate the gyoza, the steam egg, soft shell crab, mayo tuna, fried tempura. a lot la. eat until i walk also got problem. but this type of meal have to eat once in a blue moon. will eat until sian one lol. heng heng i still 21 years old. although they say student but they also write there must been up to 21 years old. this year kan kan hao 21 years old. next year cannot eat cheap cheap lo.
today dont know why i cannot run my usual 11km. maybe i still too full, i waited about 3 hrs + before running but dont know why so tired. guess i will continue tomorrow ba. normally i will one day on one day off. like that can prevent stress accumulation on my joints and also can let it heal properly. the muscle will get damaged when you excercise, but the muscle will be repaired and it requires time. which is aprox. 36 hrs. best is to 1 day off 1 day on, if not the small pain will accumulate until very pain if u get what i mean.
my friend birdday next week, they ask me wan to go club to celebrate. funny sia, the last time i celebrate in the club was around 4 years ago, there no alcohol drinks not much dancing, just eating and playing. dont know how they going to plan lol. if they going to drink and dance maybe i dont wan go lol. cause i not alcohol drinker and i dont really like to dance. even though i listen to techno lol.
