less than 50 days of civillian life left. 48 days to be exact. i've been doing a lot of research, watch a lot of video. i compared the singapore's army and us army. their "bmt" is much much tougher than the one in singapore. they are really trained to fight. if singapore were to have war with US. i guess our 60,000 army people wont be able to defeat 30,000 of their best people. not to discriminate singaporeans but we are really that weak. we must compare to the best army in the world which is the US currently.
In us they go through a lot of physcology training. sargeant shouting at them the moment they step into the army camp. Us army personnel also look more fit as compared to singaporeans. in the us, they dont care about complains. you complain you kenna moer. Here, you complain, the MINDEF will look into it and take necessary actions.
but i cant say that all singaporeans are weaker. some of them are comparible. but i should say we got lots to learn from them.
Saw some of my friend's blog and saw most of them dealing with MST, FYP, datasheets. boy i am glad that that was the past. but i wanted to share my feelings too. that period of time, all i wanted was to do my own things. during that period especially FYP report submission period that was the period where all hell just break lose. but luckily i got my classmates, FYP mates and lecturers to get through this. disturbing lecturers was another way to get around. but i should say is just to endure endure and endure until that period is over, sooner or later you get to enjoy your holiday, than after-FYP moment and finally graduation. so one tip to all my friends, listen to techno :p
