7 days left to enlistment date. my feelings now? a bit nervous. i think i will be more nervous on the day. enlistment date which is next tuesday 6 jan 2009. it's like a new chapter in life. going through BMT is like going to primary school. although BMT sucks, but it's a very good experience that anyone will never forget. going through the hard time together or sucking thumb together. i already prepared the things that i need to bring on the day but i just lack some items. i can tell you i feel excited and nervous at the same time. but my parents and my sis maybe my grandma too will be joining me.
How have i prepared for army. well i got insider tips to train more push up. but i will not be doing pust up during the confinement weeks. only after my first book out than i will be doing push up as punishment. the only thing i didnt really train is pull up. hopefully swimming helps. but left 7 days i have been jogging short distances. short distances reduces muscle damage as compared to long distances but i dont know why after my penang holiday, short distance also have difficulty. maybe because of the flu i am having. generally i have been focusing on push ups. something that i cant do previously. one of my weak physical activity. i guess i need to run faster too if i want to get ippt gold. 9min 45 sec is my target. hopefully i will get to train inside.
my friends all stress beacause of their fyp report, home work, report, test. i also got my stress too. just a bit more running and i will be fit for enlistment. hopefully.
