today went to the dog farm in pasir ris. we want to obedience train our dog. the course is $300 for 10 lessons, every week. there got all size of dogs, big ones like golden retriever to small one like chihuahua. the place there is abit stinky but can be endured. there we let our dog, run like theres no tomorrow. and also there's a mini pool for dogs. that is where i met my poly mate li ying. we did our FYP in the same lab but we were doing different FYP.
exactly 30 days to my enlistment date. i already trained up my stamina, the only thing that need training is my strength. still quite weak doing push up. yesterday my pals and i went supper-ing after that we went to the park to do pull ups and push ups. i can seriously my arm is aching right now. had a hard time reaching the back of my body while showering. still got lots of training but no time left. guess i would have to endure the pain.

I am still underweight. can see my ribs lol. 1.3KG before i am acceptable range. tanned because i go swimming.
